NetSalon Software Development Inc. announces appointment of internationally known network marketing consultant Dr. Bill Greenman to lead its staff of network marketing subject matter experts.

Dr. Bill Greenman has over 30 years experience in the Network Marketing industry and has successfully helped build award winning international organizations both as a corporate executive and a distributor. Bill’s expertise in pay plan consultations, product evaluations, team building, editing content for sales materials, and ethics consulting in the network marketing space make him an invaluable addition to the NetSalon team according to Lance A. Perry, CEO of NetSalon.
Dr. Greenman’s history of experience is vast and varied and makes him uniquely qualified for this position. Bill graduated from Florida State University in 1976 with a Bachelors degree in Speech Communications. But immediately after leaving college he entered into the professional circus world with his wife Meg as an aerialist, juggler, wire walker and acrobat. After the Greenman's ended their short professional circus careers they sought a ministerial path, eventually combining it with their circus skills to create Circus Alleluia Ministries (CAM).
Over the ensuing 10 years Bill performed in and directed hundreds of CAM’s unique shows across the US and Canada. The Greenman’s also trained over 60 fellow performers for their one-of-a-kind circus, while taking their shows into prisons, juvenile centers, both public and private schools, civic auditoriums and family festivals. Bill and his circus were featured in hundreds of radio, TV and print interviews during that time.
Beginning in 1977 and throughout the same years Bill was running the Circus he was building his knowledge base in the early years of Network Marketing field. He acquired this base as a distributor for two well known companies. Working part time he was able to build solid organizations in both. By being active and successful in those beginning years of the industry he was able to set a foundation for what became a unique blend of valuable skills. Over his ensuing 30 years in Network Marketing Bill became a national sales trainer, a corporate executive, and a multiple award winning global business builder – including Top 20 Business Builder, Top 100 Earner (7 times) and induction into the prestigious Million Dollar Club.
Due to his many years of running his own circus Dr. Greenman branched out into planning, promoting and producing large special events, including concerts and other family oriented functions. This expertise gave birth to a series of new leadership positions. In fall of 1989 Bill and Meg laid their circus careers to rest and moved to Kansas City in spring 1990 where Bill joined the staff of a 3000 member church as an associate pastor. Bill functioned primarily as a counselor, but he was also given logistical charge of many of that churches large and often international level conferences.
In summer 1992 Greenman left his pastoral job and entered the corporate business world. He began by taking the post of Administrator for a new retail and manufacturing company begun by a friend, which boasted two million dollars in sales within 12 months.
Then in 1994 Bill became involved with a young startup called Mannatech Incorporated, a nutraceutical company. Bill began leading recruiting and training meetings across the USA at the company’s request. Soon the Greenman's moved to Dallas, Texas and Bill became Director of Promotions for Mannatech, in charge of both its advanced level training events and larger distributor conferences. It was during this time that Bill received the invaluable experience of seeing the Network Marketing industry from the corporate side. His position required him to work compatibly with distributors, researchers, marketing execs, IT, and company principals. When Bill resigned it was to devote full time effort to building his own sales force of over 30,000 distributors world wide.
During his 14 years as a Mannatech executive and distributor Bill never left his ministry call behind. In 2001 he was given an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity by Life Christian University (LCU) in Tampa Florida for his life's work in ministry and received his earned Ph.D. in Practical Theology from LCU just over a year later. He also holds a Masters degree in Pastoral Ministry and a Bachelors degree in Biblical Studies from LCU. As an author of several books and multiple training and instructional courses Dr. Greenman’s Purpose Destiny Achievement materials are also part of the LCU curriculum for second year students.

Dr. Greenman is also a seminar and conference speaker, having spoken across North America, Europe, Great Britain, Africa, and Australia. His works have been distributed even more widely throughout the world. Dr. Greenman has authored 4 books, several CD and video training series, live seminars, numerous study guides, and a university level course now in use on college and university campuses in over 15 countries. Bill is also working with the Kenyan government in Africa to bring his works to the youth of that nation. His main point of interest has been on the subject of helping individuals find and fulfill their purpose in life and understand how they then fit into the fabric of their society at large.
And as if he didn’t have enough to do, Bill decided to take up martial arts again after a 32 year hiatus and within 3 years earned not only his 1st degree black belt but also his 2nd degree - at the age of 54.
Dr. Greenman is now focused on taking the lead in day long consultations with NetSalon’s many valued clients.
