NetSalon is entirely focused on software, hardware and technology based productions, it is our core business. End-to-end Production Development and Management of I.T, resources by NetSalon will enable you to have full use of the advanced capabilities of our network more efficiently and more effectively than is possible with on your own or with limited and over tasked staff members. Project Management is what we do anyway, it is central to our success as a, I.T. Production Team, we may as well do it for you. NetSalon is able to more effectively leverage specialized technical resources and best practices across the board. As we move towards more advanced Information Technology, we are building a foundation that allows us to have best in class solutions and products for all of our clients.
When you retain NetSalon you fulfill the basic premise of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and that is that companies focus on their core competency and move their non-core business processes to outsource providers allowing for optimal use of time and resources. BPO has grown immensely in the last decade - the list of functions being outsourced has expanded from traditional call centers and technology solutions to include back-office or middle-office functions such as order entry, billing and collection, human resources administration, investment management and pay roll.
The key drivers to outsource BPO include the need for cost reduction and greater operational efficiency. The necessity to offer superior technology and connectivity options to customers, distributors, staff and clients is key to the success of any business but in particular to Direct Sales Organizations where the demand is even higher. By outsourcing I.T., companies aim to benefit from a fast and effective solution to their needs, either by working through a single outsource or in combination with internal and external resources.
Ask yourself," What is the single most profitable movie ever made...?" What ..your thinking Titanic, Jaws, Spiderman, Harry Potter, Mega Budgets and Superstar Producers, Directors, Designers...Right? Think Again....Released in 1999, Blair Witch became the must-see movie of a generation. With a production budget of $35,000 and box office receipts of $140 million, Blair Witch grossed 4000 times its budget, making it the most profitable movie in motion picture history. Believe that! Note: The Buzz created by the online Production was the Central Core of its Success. The parallels and similarities between making a Custom Software Production and a Blockbuster Movie offer the same potential. NetSalon Software has spent Millions of Dollars on not only our own Software Productions but our Clients as well and together we have made incredible box office (money). Some of our, and perhaps your, most profitable productions came from pure inspiration, vision, clarity, focus and not a lot of money. Listen, you got a ton to spend...cool, let's spend it wisely, leverage our resources, build a great campaign and go wide release with our own Mega Hit that generates Hundreds of Millions of Dollars. Sometimes that's what it takes and we have the very best of the best to pull that off...but, there are options, very profitable options, that don't have to be high "above the line" --Entertainment Industry term: for movies and TV budgets. The line refers to money budgeted for creative talent, such as actors, writers, directors, and producers to generate huge profits on the "back end" --Entertainment Industry term: for movies and TV Budgets. The line refers to money generated after Production for ongoing revenue from sales, merchandising, re-packaging, syndication and distribution. NetSalon enjoys the creative aspects of what we do, and for lack of a better word we do take a "Hollywood" approach to each or our Productions, whether they are our own or our Clients. We'll make the occasional "art-house production", more for the challenge, for our own amusement and use than anything else. We have gone all the way over to the "Titanic" size budget and productions where it's all about the money, to get it we had to spend it. Right now...It's Your Movie, It's Your Decision...You are The Producer, maybe even The Executive Producer --you can always ask us to take on that role if you need to either way your going to need a team of talent to get it done, take a look up and to the right to see what that team might look like for you.
The Producer has the vision and description of the Production they want completed on time and on budget. The Producers primary responsibility is to provide as much detail and clarity to the NetSalon Production Team as possible, make sure that adequate time and resources are available without delay and finally review updates and reports for notes or approval. An Executive Producer has the added distinction of being the money behind the Production.
