Returns & Refunds
If you need to return an item(s), please first contact our customer service team by writing to us using our web form in the contact us section on our homepage or email email@example.com. The team will then provide you with a return reference number which must be quoted on the documentation when returning the product. You can return the item from 14 days of product receipt for a refund or exchange it for another suitable item. All goods must be returned unused, perfect saleable condition with all inner and outer packing intact. All goods are inspected on return.
Where an item is ordered in error or is not as expected then the buyer will need to return the unused item at their own cost. The item cost paid at checkout will be refunded back to the customer within 14 days of receiving the item back.
Refunds on large/heavy items will be subject to a minimum 10% handling charge.
A restocking fee of 25% may be applied for instance if the item is missing its packaging, subject to our acceptance of that item being accepted as returned.
Where the item is reported as faulty within our returns period, we can replace the item for you, usually within 10-14 days of receiving the original item back or provide a full refund including any original postage cost. The item cost and postage will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the item back. Any reasonable return postage cost incurred by the buyer will also be refunded, provided that we have been notified of this cost prior to the return and agreed to it as reasonable.
Any goods being returned are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please package your return to prevent any box damage or any damage to the item as originally received. We can not accept responsibility for any items returned to us in error.
We recommend that you insure any goods being returned to their full value using an appropriate postal service. Please send your returned goods by enclosing your name, address, order number and return reference number to:

- Items that include Porcelain basin(s) are non returnable.
- All furniture which has been made to special order cannot be returned.
- Items that are sent direct from the manufacturer are non returnable (including furniture and equipment).
- Due to hygiene reasons certain products and equipment may not be returnable such as cosmetics, hairbrushes, combs, scissors, manicure or pedicure implements, razors, tweezers and foot spas. (This list is not exhaustive).
